At Ride The Tide, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel.
Because many of our products are personalized, customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size selection, spelling errors submitted by the customer, or a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.
If your item is not customized, it may be returned in new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
