At Ride The Tide, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel.

Because many of our products are personalized, customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size selection, spelling errors submitted by the customer, or a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

If your item is not customized, it may be returned in new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

All Ride The Tide apparel is made to order and customized specifically for each customer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Small/Medium (S/M)

Best fits head circumference: 21.25"–22.75" (54–58 cm)

Medium/Large (M/L)

Best fits head circumference: 22.75"–24.25" (58–62 cm)

How to Measure Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your head about ½ inch (1–2 cm) above your eyebrows and ears, keeping the tape level. Compare your measurement to the size ranges above. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for the most comfortable fit.
